\nYou will understand the role and responsibilities of a Product Owner, the way you will collaborate with the Scrum Master and the organization whose requirements you represent.\nYou will acquire and put into practice methods for backlog creation, realization of user stories, construction of a product roadmap, prioritization of the same, and the definition of acceptance criteria.

\nNo specific prerequisites are necessary to participate in this workshop. Nevertheless, it is advantageous for your organization to have chosen to implement Agile practices.

  • Explore the foundational concepts of Agile: the Agile Manifesto and its principles.<\/li>\n
  • Delve into the Scrum methodology, including its Roles, Ceremonies, and Artifacts.<\/li>\n
  • The role of the Product Owner, authority, and responsibilities. Collaboration with the team and Scrum Master;<\/li>\n
  • Creating a product vision (functional, visual, and financial perspectives);<\/li>\n
  • Building the product backlog, methods for backlog prioritization, tools for tracking product progress;<\/li>\n
  • Implementing Agile at the organizational level, conditions for Agile scaling.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
    \nThe workshop will blend theory with practice, involving team exercises, simulations, and role-playing games.
