\nA serie of 4 practical sessions about how teams and organizations can use SAFe to increase their delivery speed, plan Program Increments and Iterations, develop incrementally with built-in quality, demonstrate value and problem-solving impediments to drive relentless improvement.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
\nYou will achieve the training outcomes through interactive learning, games and practical group exercises.
\nEvery participant to the training receives access to SAFe community platform for 1 year and is eligible to take the exam for becoming Certified SAFe Practitioner. The exam is free for the first month after the training.

\nAll are welcome to attend the course. No special prerequisites for attendants, only to be familiar with Agile instruments and Kanban, SCRUM, XP.

    \nThe trainer will use group discussions, examples and practical group exercises to facilitate the learning process.<\/p>\n

    • Language: all course materials are in English, delivery will be in Romanian language<\/li>\n
    • Number of participants: 8 \u2013 12 persons<\/li>\n
    • Duration: 4 sessions of 3.5 h each. These sessions can be scheduled 1\/day or 1\/every 2 days.<\/li>\n
    • Location: online (using Zoom or other prefered platform). Other tools used: virtual whiteboards, virtual brainstorming, tools, games)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
      \nThe training is finalized with a Certificate of Attendance issued by Scaled Agile Framework.<\/p>\n

      \nExam access<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Candidates can access the exam within the SAFe Community Platform upon completion of the\u00a0SAFe\u00ae for Teams course
      \nExam duration<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Once the exam begins, candidates have 90 minutes (1.5 hours) to complete the exam
      \nNumber of questions<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 45
      \nPassing score<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 35 out of 45 (77%)
      \nLanguage<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 English
      \nExam cost<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 First exam attempt is included as part of the course registration fee if the exam is taken within 30 days of course completion. Each retake attempt costs $50.
      \nRetake policy<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Second attempt on exam (first retake) can be done immediately after first attempt. Third attempt requires a 10-day wait. Fourth attempt requires a 30-day wait.
