\nA series of 4 practical sessions about how to effectively perform your role as a Product Owner\/Product Manger in the Agile Release Train (ART) as it delivers value through out Program Increments.
\nAll are welcome to attend the course, regardless of experience. However, the following prerequisites are highly recommended: attend a Leading SAFe\u00ae course, experience working in a SAFe environment, experience with Lean, Agile, etc.

\nYou will achieve the training outcomes through interactive learning, games and practical group exercises.
\nEvery participant to the training receives access to SAFe community platform for 1 year and is eligible to take the exam for becoming a Certified SAFe\u00ae Product Owner. The exam is free for the first month after the training.

    \nThe trainer will use group discussions, examples and practical group exercises to facilitate the learning process. All the practical exercises will be based on the participants real cases\/products\/projects.<\/p>\n

    • Language: all course materials are in English, delivery will be in Romanian language<\/li>\n
    • Number of participants: 8 \u2013 12 persons<\/li>\n
    • Duration: 4 sessions of 3.5 h each. These sessions can be scheduled 1\/day or 1\/every 2 days.<\/li>\n
    • Location: online (using Zoom or MS Teams platform). Other tools used: virtual whiteboards, virtual brainstorming\/story mapping tools, games)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
      \nThe training is finalized with a Certificate of Attendance issued by Scaled Agile Framework.<\/p>\n

      Exam Details:<\/strong>
      \nExam name<\/strong> \u2013 SAFe\u00ae 4 Product Owner\/Product Manager Exam \u2013 or \u2013 SAFe\u00ae 5 Product Owner\/Product Manager Exam
      \nExam format<\/strong> \u2013 Multiple choice , multiple response
      \nExam delivery<\/strong> \u2013 Web-based (single-browser), closed book, no outside assistance, timed
      \nExam access<\/strong> \u2013 Candidates can access to the exam within the SAFe Community Platform upon completion of your SAFe\u00ae Product Owner\/Product Manager course.
      \nExam duration<\/strong> \u2013 Once the exam begins, candidates have 90 minutes (1.5 hours) to complete the exam.
      \nNumber of questions<\/strong> \u2013 45
      \nPassing score<\/strong> \u2013 POPM4 = 35 out of 45 (77%); POPM5 = 33 out of 45 (73%)
      \nLanguage<\/strong> \u2013 English
      \nExam cost<\/strong> \u2013 First exam attempt is included as part of the course registration fee if the exam is taken within 30 days of course completion. Each retake attempt costs $50.
      \nRetake policy<\/strong> \u2013 Second attempt on exam (first retake) can be done immediately after first attempt. Third attempt requires a 10-day wait. Fourth attempt requires a 30-day wait.
