\nApplying the Scrum Master role within a SAFe\u00ae enterprise
\nAttendees discover how to build high performing Agile teams by becoming a servant leader and coach, and how to coach those teams to deliver the maximum business value at scale. \nYou will achieve the training outcomes through interactive learning, games and practical group exercises.
\nEvery participant to the training receives access to SAFe community platform for 1 year and is eligible to take the exam for becoming Certified SAFe Scrum Master. The exam is free for the first month after the training.

\nAll are welcome to attend the course, regardless of experience.
\n<\/div>\n
\nThe following prerequisites are highly recommended:<\/p>\n
    \n
  • Familiarity with Agile concepts and principles<\/li>\n
  • Awareness of Scrum, Kanban, and eXtreme Programming (XP)<\/li>\n
  • Working knowledge of software and hardware development processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
    \nThe trainer will use group discussions, examples and practical group exercises to facilitate the learning process.<\/p>\n
      \n
    • Language: all course materials are in English, delivery will be in Romanian language<\/li>\n
    • Number of participants: 8 \u2013 12 persons<\/li>\n
    • Duration: 4 sessions of 3.5 h each. These sessions can be scheduled 1\/day or 1\/every 2 days.<\/li>\n
    • Location: online (using Zoom or other prefered platform). Other tools used: virtual whiteboards, virtual brainstorming, tools, games)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
      \nThe training is finalized with a Course Certificate of Completion issued by Scaled Agile.
