\nThe workshop caters to both project managers and project team members who, even if they are not well-versed in all the theoretical concepts of Kanban, have practical experience and are actively involved in projects. It is a workshop specifically designed for professionals in the software development industry.<\/p>\n

\u201cStop starting and start finishing\u201d \u2013 This motto succinctly encapsulates the significant advantage of the Kanban method, which allows our clients to utilize and, most importantly, pay for a truly completed product or service. When we contemplate how to complete the tasks we have initiated, we automatically strive to maximize productivity by reducing idle time. Through visualization and the limitation of the number of initiated tasks, teams that have adopted the Kanban method find greater ease in identifying opportunities for improving the system, thereby enabling them to deliver faster and with higher quality in the future. Unlike other disruptive methods, the Kanban method focuses on the gradual enhancement of existing processes within the organization, and its adoption process is greatly simplified by identifying internal\/external sources of dissatisfaction, analysing demand versus organizational capacity, and identifying the process through which information flows from an idea\/requirement to validation and delivery to the client.
