\nThe course is aimed at project managers who seek recognition of their preparation by obtaining an international certification, namely PMI Agile Certified Practitioner, the newest and most comprehensive Agile certification globally. With a focus on practical examples and going through similar tests to those in the exam, the course covers all the requirements and specifications of PMI and is supported by trainers with practical experience in implementing Agile methodologies.

    • You will understand the Agile techniques necessary for planning, estimating, and prioritizing requirements, building high-performing teams, efficient reporting, engaging with clients, and delivering immediate relevant results.<\/li>\n
    • You will grasp the specific requirements of PMI regarding the examination\/certification process and receive assistance in registration and exam preparation.<\/li>\n
    • You will acquire the required number of training hours for eligibility to take the PMI-ACP\u00ae certification exam.<\/li>\n
    • Receiving a special exam preparation book and access to over 1000 questions to test your knowledge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        • Agile analysis and design (product roadmap, user stories and backlog, story maps, Agile personas, etc.).<\/li>\n
