Cursul de schimb valutar EUR\/RON\/GBP este cursul de schimb BNR la data emiterii facturii.<br \/>\n2. Dup\u0103 \u00eenregistrare, plata trebuie executat\u0103 conform condi\u021biilor din prezentul Contract, indiferent de participarea sau neparticiparea ulterioar\u0103 la curs. \u00cen cazul \u00een care o parte a pre\u021bului stabilit \u00een acest Contract reprezint\u0103 obiectul unor taxe na\u021bionale, locale, sau TVA, Furnizorul \u00ee\u015fi rezerv\u0103 dreptul de a ad\u0103uga aceste taxe la factura final\u0103 sau de a recupera sumele de la Client din momentul \u00een care devin exigibile.<br \/>\n3. Anularea \/ \u00cenlocuirea: Orice anulare primit\u0103 \u00een mai pu\u021bin de 2 zile lucr\u0103toare \u00eenainte de curs presupune o obliga\u021bie de plat\u0103 din partea Clientului de 100%. Nu se va face nicio restituire, restituirea par\u0163ial\u0103 sau orice ofert\u0103 alternativ\u0103. \u00cenlocuirea unui participant este permis\u0103 prin furnizarea unui aviz \u00een scris c\u0103tre Furnizor, nu mai t\u00e2rziu de 2 zile lucr\u0103toare \u00eenainte de curs. Prin semnarea acestui formular de \u00eenregistrare clientul este de acord c\u0103, \u00een caz de litigiu sau anulare, Furnizorul nu va fi capabil s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i reduc\u0103 pierderile cu mai pu\u021bin de 50% din valoarea total\u0103 a contractului. Dac\u0103, din orice motiv Furnizorul decide s\u0103 am\u00e2ne sau s\u0103 anuleze evenimentul, Furnizorul nu este responsabil pentru acoperirea biletului de avion, hotelului sau orice alt cost suportat de c\u0103tre Client.<br \/>\n4.
