In this session, we’ll dive into the world of estimation in Agile teams through a couple of fun games.
Discover why estimating in story points is superior to using time-based estimates, and learn the power of collective estimation over individual guesswork.

About the Speaker
Dan Mircea Suciu PMI-ACP, SPC, Senior Trainer & Agile Coach, Partner @Colors in Projects.

With over 20 years of experience in software project development, Dan has in-depth knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects related to various project management methodologies, especially Agile.

In addition to this, he has over 10 years of experience in training Software Project Management and Agile Development Methodologies, teaching undergraduate and master’s level courses at the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science at Babeş-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, where Dan is a lecturer.
