Workshop: Agile Leadership: Balancing Inertia and AI Overdrive

From fast experiments to meaningful outcomes: where leaders make the difference

One major gap in the Agile world today is leadership’s reluctance to embrace rapid experimentation. At the same time, this inertia is being countered by the hype of AI-driven fast prototyping-often without enough reflection.

This workshop explores where these two extremes can lead and why neither is sustainable on its own. Through fun, hands-on exercises, participants will gain insights into how to balance human judgment with AI-enabled speed. You’ll learn why product truly matters: how to understand the right problem to solve and how to focus on outcomes rather than outputs when testing new ideas.
