ABOUT: Agile Talks 2026

MODERATOR: Andreea Vaman Pârvu, SVP Growth and Development @ Endava

A visionary People Leader with 15+ years of experience in scaling teams, transforming cultures, and aligning people strategies with business growth. With a strong background in talent development, organizational change, and executive coaching, I have led major expansion initiatives, including growing Endava’s Australia operations to 500 people and driving complex M&A integrations. Passionate about building high-performing teams, fostering leadership, and shaping future-ready organizations, I thrive in dynamic environments where people and purpose meet.

Outside of work, I’m a coffee enthusiast and a book lover who’s always up for a good read and a deep conversation. I’m also a half marathon runner in training for the full, and a lifelong snowboarder who finds energy and inspiration on the slopes. These passions keep me grounded, curious, and always pushing forward—on the trails, in the snow, and in my leadership journey.

MODERATOR: Ciprian Sorlea, Chief Technology Officer @ Motivate

I am passionate about technology and people, and I spend a great deal of time getting the two play nice together. All with the intent of building great Software Products.

As an employee, consultant and business owner I had the great opportunity to work with and for companies ranging from Startups to Enterprises and build products used by most of the Fortune 100 companies. For over 20 years I wrote software, I recruited/ coached and managed several hundreds talented engineers, designers and managers and I brought tens of products to life. And I loved (almost) every bit of this.

Diana Pavel, Agile Master @ BMW TechWorks Romania

Diana is an Agile leader with over 12 years of experience in the automotive industry, working with software development teams in complex, large-scale environments. She focuses on building accountable and collaborative teams, enabling sustainable delivery through pragmatic Agile practices and the smart use of AI.
Passionate about continuous improvement, Diana enjoys turning everyday team challenges into learning opportunities that strengthen ownership, collaboration, and adaptive ways of working. Her approach combines practical experimentation with a strong focus on people, helping teams move from simply following processes to truly owning their outcomes.

Presentation: Stop Asking Teams to Take Ownership – 3 Experiments That Actually Create It

Many teams appear functional on the surface but operate in a passive mode, waiting for direction instead of taking responsibility.
In this short talk, Diana will share three simple experiments that helped shift a team from “just tell us what to do” to true ownership.
No new frameworks. No complicated transformations. Just small changes that can reshape team behavior.
If you’ve ever wondered why ownership is so difficult to build in Agile teams, this session will offer practical ideas you can try with your team the very next day.

Dragos Cojocari, Director, Product Security @Snyk

Dragos is a dad, book lover, and software developer with 25+ years of experience building software people actually use. He’s bounced between development and security, worked with everything from Rational tools to Watson, and even founded a small AI startup. Now at Snyk, he helps developers ship secure software fast—without killing their creativity.

Presentation: Can the security mamooth keep up with the engineering possums?

This talk shares key learnings from modernizing and adapting the Product Security program at Snyk.
Security doesn’t have to slow developers dow, it can be the guardrails that keep software safe while innovation charges ahead. Bake it in, automate where you can, and adopt Agile, AI-driven ways of working, steer the process instead of hitting the brakes.
You don’t make a mammoth sprint faster by stopping every five meters to check its nails. In a fast-moving, unpredictable world, heavy-handed controls only weigh you down, security should help teams dodge, weave, and keep charging forward.

Ioana Corina Pop, Agile Scrum Master, Bosch

My approach goes beyond processes, I view Agile as a holistic personal development mindset. I combine my technical skills with strong soft skills – communication, empathy, and coaching – to foster environments where individuals and teams can continuously learn and adapt.

Presentation: Agile Transformers: Beyond the Machines, Empowered by Human Community

This session reveals why Agile communities are becoming invaluable assets within today’s complex organizations.
These communities empower teams to experiment with confidence, while connecting individuals who are navigating comparable professional landscapes.
Perhaps more powerfully, the participants will get inspired to initiate and nurture a knowledge-rich community right within their work environment.

Konstantine Kevlishvili, Agile Coach at TBC (Georgia)

Agile Coach, Lecturer, and community builder with 10+ years of experience in product development. CSPO, PMI-ACP, PSM II, PSPO, PAL; Agile Business Awards Winner 2024; Agile Business Awards Reviewer 2025. Cofounder of AgileXchange – the largest agile conference in Georgia and Scrum User Group Tbilisi.

Presentation: A15 Fails in 15 Minutes – The Fastest Agile Transformation Debrief Ever

8 years of Agile transformation rarely look like the clean stories we present on slides. Behind every tidy roadmap sits a long list of things that did not go as planned. This talk shares 15 honest moments from our journey at one of the largest banks in the region, TBC Bank Georgia, where failures big and small pushed teams, leaders, and coaches to rethink how we work and what we believe.
Each story briefly covers what we tried to achieve, how it went off track, and what we learned. The session is fast, practical, and grounded in real situations that many teams will recognize. The goal is simple: to show that real progress comes not from getting everything right, but from learning, adjusting, and moving at a pace the organization can truly absorb.

Elena Manea, Agile & Team Coach, ING

In 2017 I started a completely new job, for me but also for the market, in a bold transformation process in a bank, from a classic, hierarchic structure towards self organized teams. Since then, I have learnt several new abilities, jobs: Agile, Scrum, product development, visual thinking, coaching, I am ICF certified, both at individual level – PCC and team level – ACTC. Before 2017, I deep dived in Corporate Banking, I visited and analysed hundreds of companies in different industries and towns, being an expert in financial analysis, credit structuring and banking products.
I travel in a caravan, I experiment with outfits, I ran 525 km in 2025 and my true passion is dancing.

Presentation: Inspire and empower – Agile in ING Romania!

ING Romania transformed the Delivery area from silos to Tribes & Squads, teams self organised, a bold move for a bank. How we did it, where we are now, after 8 years?

Adrian Aramă, PM, Sense8 Digital Technology

I am a strategic leader who bridges the gap between tech and business, specializing in transforming “patch-work” projects into streamlined, automated systems.

An active trekker (Camino, Via Transilvanica) and sports enthusiast, I bring the same grit and determination to stabilizing project portfolios as I do to snowboarding, basketball, or hands-on DIY builds.

Presentation: The Human API – De-siloing Data through Agile

In a world dominated by Automations and AI (“ the Machines”), the most critical “integration” remains the one between human beings. We don’t need more tools, we need better collaboration protocols.
Using real-world scenarios from the digital advertising landscape, find out how to leverage Agile Project Management to bridge the gap between technical execution and business value for your clients.
Learn how to become the “Human API” your team needs!

Iuliana Coste, Delivery Manager, RebelDot

A former Software Engineer who was always interested in the human part of performance: psychological safety, stress, motivation, and the invisible dynamics that shape how teams work.
I discovered that listening to people motivates me, so the next step to leadership experience was clear for me. I blend in a deep curiosity about psychology, help teams move from “doing Agile” to creating environments where they can think, learn, and perform sustainably. I do not believe in work-life balance, but in harmony.

Presentation: THE SPACE BETWEEN US I Clarity in roles, communication, and the path to team harmony

We often talk about work–life balance, healthy teams, and sustainable performance; yet most teams still operate in constant friction.
This talk proposes a shift from the idea of balance to harmony: harmony between roles, responsibilities, emotions, and communication.

Robert Trandafir, Senior Program Manager, UiPath

I am a Senior Program Manager at UiPath and Trainer at Colors in Projects, leveraging 12 years of experience and PMP® & PMI-ACP certifications to empower Agile teams and transform how people work with technology.

Presentation: Toxic Feedback: The „Expectations” Trap in Agile

Is your feedback loop actually a control mechanism? The concept of „expectations” often masks a toxic hierarchy, turning Agile teams into order-takers and killing horizontal collaboration. In this session, we will dissect this anti-pattern. Join us to discover how to shift the mindset from unilateral demands to shared ownership, turning „client-vendor” friction into a partnership of equals.

Cristina Niculescu, Digital Transformation Consultant, Innovatio & Digital Consulting

Cristina is a consultant and leadership advisor with over 15 years of experience helping technology and business leaders navigate digital and organizational transformation. A PMP® certified professional since 2010 and trained in Organizational Psychology, she combines project discipline with human insight to drive meaningful change. Cristina works with IT and business teams to strengthen collaboration, scale delivery, and build leadership capabilities that sustain agile and hybrid transformations. Her approach blends strategy, culture, and coaching to help leaders turn resistance into engagement and transformation into lasting impact.

Presentation: Beyond the Frameworks: The Invisible Work of Agile Transformers

We’ve learned how to play the Agile game really well. Boards are full, ceremonies run on time; and yet, something still doesn’t move.
In this short, thought-provoking session, we’ll look beyond Scrum boards, roles, and metrics to uncover the human work that truly enables agility: sense-making, trust, and better decision-making.
A fast, reflective talk for Agile leaders, change agents, and anyone who feels that “doing Agile” is not the same as being Agile.

Alexandra Haitonic, Project Manager & Business Analyst @ evozon & Mihaiela Marian-Vălean, Business Analyst @ evozon

Psychology graduates with experience in HR, now working in PM/BA and BA roles. Interested in how psychology shapes decision-making, and team dynamics in business and how we can consciously integrate new technology and practices in our day to day work.

Presentation: AI predicts. Humans understand.

How can AI support analytical work and communication while keeping the human perspective at the center? This mix of psychology, Agile practice, and emerging technology shapes the lens we bring to this Agile Mammoths talk.
We believe the real question is not humans or machines. It’s how we protect the strengths that make us irreplaceable. We’ll make the case for human capabilities as your sustainable advantage and explore practical ways to cultivate it.
