Roxana Stăneiu, Trainer @Colors in Projects/strong>
Roxana is the People Director at mindit.io organization and states that her mission is with, for, and about people. Curious, always eager to learn, and ready to step out of her comfort zone, Roxana has over 6 years of experience in project management, collaborating with national and international partners and focusing on building long-term partnerships. Roxana’s strength lies in open and transparent communication, combined with the ability to understand the needs of the people she interacts with, actively listen, and adapt her leadership style to build a healthy and valuable relationship. Roxana was awarded the silver medal at the Stevie Awards for International Women in Business in 2022 for her entire activity up to that point.
Roxana is passionate about training and coaching, joining the Colors team in 2021. She is currently attending coaching courses at the Neuromindfulness Institute and has been a mentor in several national programs.
Cristina Dragomir, Trainer @Colors in Projects/strong>
Cristina, with 15 years of practical experience in project management, has honed her skills through formal training, including Project Management Professional (PMI-PMP) certification, Professional Scrum Master I (PSMI) certification, and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification (valid from 2020 to 2023). Her expertise lies in leading large teams for implementing international projects, primarily in the IT&C industry, using a blend of both predictive and agile methodologies.
In 2023, Cristina joined the Intergraph Computer Services team, where she leverages her project management expertise to contribute to the development of map and geocoding applications. Her role involves setting the direction for these applications, ensuring they serve a broad audience. Beyond her passion for technology, Cristina is committed to training professionals in project management topics, particularly those working on agile projects in Romania.
Cristina’s certifications include PMP® (Project Management Professional) and PSMI (Professional Scrum Master I)1.
Agile Lego Game: Brick by Brick
is a game that enables all participants to be active part of a development team in the quest of building an amazing product brick by brick. If you ever wanted to experience the empirical process of scrum or to get to see how Scrum works on other products (lego), in this game you will have the chance to get to see the specific agile teams’ dynamics and adapt iteration after iteration.
It will be fun, creative and lego based.
