I’m one of those lucky people who chose a career I’ve never regretted. Since 2004, I’ve worked in HR as a full-stack professional, specializing shortly after in training and organizational development. I’m especially passionate about the psychology and neuroscience behind HR – always learning more about the human mind and group dynamics.

Through practical exercises and real-world scenarios, we’ll focus on turning change from a process you manage into a shift your teams believe in.
