Florian Georgescu, Agile Coach @Colors in Projects
Florian began his agile journey in 2010 when, as part of a product team, he learned about agile principles and the Scrum method. His journey also involved personal challenges he faced as a Scrum Master when he had to step out of his comfort zone and go abroad to experience first hand what it’s like to be part of an agile organization.
He has worked both in startups and medium to large organizations as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, and as the leader of a team of Scrum Masters.
Coaching Dojo: Build your Coaching Skills Through Practice
Coaching Dojo is a highly practical workshop for senior Scrum Masters, Team Leads, and Agile Coaches who want to strengthen their coaching skills through hands-on practice. Designed as a learning-by-doing experience, the session is 75% practice and 25% focused input.
Participants work with a concrete Agile coaching tool, practice real coaching conversations in triads, and receive structured feedback. The workshop clarifies the role of coaching in Agile contexts and helps participants leave with practical insights they can apply immediately in their next coaching conversation.
