Presentation: Don’t Trust Your Brain – Cognitive biases and how to fight against them

Product owners, project managers and team leaders are required to make good decisions under huge amounts of pressure and time constraints. Studies confirm these decisions are highly influenced by intuition and are rather a result of an intuitive approach than a rational logic. What can we do about it? In this session, we will reveal some of the most important mental traps that can impact our decisions and, through a series of real-life experiments, we will discuss practical ways to deal with them in our projects.
