Dan Mircea Suciu, Partner & Senior Trainer @ Colors in Projects

Dan Mircea Suciu is a speaker, author, trainer, and coach in both Agile and predictive project management. With more than 20 years of experience in software project development-half of which he spent leading teams as a Scrum Master, Project Manager or Technical Director – he brings a rich blend of practice and perspective to his work.

He is currently Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science at Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, where he lectures on software project management techniques and supports the connection between academia and industry. Beyond academia, he is a partner at Colors in Projects, where he designs, develops, and delivers training programs on Agile Transformations and advanced Agile practices.

Outside of work, Dan enjoys challenging himself with escape room adventures and video games.

Planning an innovative project is hard.
Planning one that keeps changing is even harder. In this interactive simulation, teams plan a 8-month project while dealing with continuous disruptions. The workshop helps participants experience firsthand why Agile planning is about responsiveness, not certainty, and how teams can adapt without losing direction.
