Training: From Vision to Commitments

The workshop is designed to cover three important objectives through very practical exercises:

• Will provide the participants a tool to transform their vision, their ideas, into a backlog ready to be implemented
• Will strengthen their abilities to plan and adapt a release in Agile environments
• Will lead participants to acquire the relevant knowledge and skills required to provide accurate estimations for their release plan so that they can move from vision to commitments
