Florian Georgescu, Agile Coach @Colors in Projects

Florian began his agile journey in 2010 when, as part of a product team, he learned about agile principles and the Scrum method. His journey also involved personal challenges he faced as a Scrum Master when he had to step out of his comfort zone and go abroad to experience firsthand what it’s like to be part of an agile organization.

He has worked both in startups and medium to large organizations as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, and as the leader of a team of Scrum Masters.

 

Robert Trandafir, Trainer&Coach @Colors in Projects

With a practical experience of 10 years in projects, enhanced by formal training in Project Management (Master’s in Project Management, Project Management Professional PMI-PMP Certification, PMI-ACP Certification), Robert has specialized in implementing software projects, both in the banking industry and in the IT&C industry, from „Waterfall” projects to „Agile” projects.

Since 2018, he has also been part of the team at Romania’s first unicorn, UiPath, where he contributes through his expertise in Project Management to building automation technologies that, according to Robert, will change the way people do their jobs in front of a computer over the next decade. In addition to his attraction to technology, Robert is focused on his development as a trainer in Project Management topics, with the ambition of contributing to the training of as many professionals working on agile projects in Romania as possible.
Robert is certified: PMI-ACP®, PMP®, CSM, CSPO.
