Webinar: Fantastic Tools and Where To Find Them
ABOUT: Webinar: Fantastic Tools and Where To Find Them

Webinar: September 21, 2021 – 18.30 I hosted by PMI Romania Chapter

Registration link: https://lnkd.in/ePc5JnU

Join us for an interactive session in which you will make decisions with the help of the Ethics Toolkit for Project Management practitioners. Case studies (ethical dilemmas) derived from our project managers’ life will be presented and discussed, available tools will be proposed and applied. As both Simona and Fabio are fans of fantasy movies, the presentation will link the tools with magical creatures and their incredible abilities. Join us for a very practical session in which you – the audience – will tame the fantastic beasts/tools! 😊

At the conclusion of this session, attendees will be able to:
• Describe how the Ethics Toolkit can be used by project management practitioners.
• Identify good decision-making processes regarding ethical issues in projects.
The PMI Ethics in Project Management Toolkit is designed to help project leaders better understand what ethics and professional conduct mean, facilitate their practice, increase awareness about how ethics can flourish, and better understand how individuals can address ethical issues in their professional and volunteer activities.
