As the first Scrum Alliance Certified Team Coach (CTC) in Eastern Europe, I have over a decade of Agile coaching experience and 20+ years in project management. I co-organised Global Scrum Gatherings® in Vienna 2019 and Lisbon 2022, mentored Women in Agile (2020, 2023), and I’m a regular speaker at global major conferences.

Training: Agile Team Facilitation

The training focuses primarily on the mindset and role of an Agile team facilitator while also providing group facilitation tools and techniques for effectively designing meetings and workshops that both engage the entire audience and drive towards agreed-upon outcomes.

Participants will develop an appreciation for the art of facilitation as key to fostering collaboration and enabling self-organizing teams. They will also build their facilitator toolkit and gain experience facilitating specific Agile practices most relevant to their organizational context.
